Job Description
Our client is a non-profit organization involved in performance arts that is in need of a Digital Marketing Manager to be their go to resource for website and email marketing needs. 

You should be able to code in HTML and CSS, create short-form content, manage SEO/SEM campaigns, know best practices for SEO/SEM, and can also run an analysis of digital marketing campaigns’ KPIs and make changes to improve their performance. You will also be asked to do back-end coding changes for their websites and email marketing campaigns when needed. You will work with our client’s vendors and essentially be a project manager making sure that deadlines are met.
At times, candidates will need to be able to hand code in HTML and CSS from scratch for email marketing campaigns if/when changes need to be made and there are no other resources.

Interview Process
1 phone interview
1 in-person interview with a test on creating an email marketing campaign
