What makes you a fit:

•    5 years’ of experience in instructional technology, teaching/learning, and/or curriculum design
•    You can hit the ground running; you have excellent interpersonal/oral communication skills 
•    You have a Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Instructional Technology or related field
•    Strong background in learning theory and online instruction
•    Experience working with subject matter experts in the development of online learning experience
•    Competency with LMS systems such as Blackboard, Angel, D2L, eCollege, or Moodle
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive & associated apps, i.e., Google Docs
•    Online teaching experience a plus
•    You have your own laptop for in-office time

What you’ll be doing:

•    You will collaborate closely with graduate school level faculty to design content that inspires students and adheres to best practices in online learning
•    Support Program Strategy Managers in collaborating with graduate school administration on curriculum development, course scheduling, orientation, student services/resources, and other resources that support the program
•    Support Program Strategy Managers in providing expertise to faculty and school administration in web technologies, Learning Management System use, and online best practices

Start: ASAP
End: ongoing

Pay: $32.00 – 36.00 per hour

Work will start with approx. 20 hours per week and will ramp up to 40 hours/week
