Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a leader in superior quality printing and graphic arts finishing, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with a diverse, highly interactive team, including upper management. The candidate should be flexible, able to prioritize effectively, and responsive on short deadlines. 

Our client services national and international clientele in cosmetic, financial, electronics, advertising, entertainment and other consumer packaging and high impact direct mail industries. Our end-to-end, centralized manufacturing solution includes a full team of structural design, prepress, UV pressroom, finishing, assembly, bindery and fulfillment services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit images, custom graphics/art, and videos for various company and marketing initiatives
  • Support and manage ongoing website and social media content (blogs, ebook, page content, etc) as well as conduct ongoing analysis of website, blog and email campaigns performance
  • Support events and sales meetings including coordination of internal teams and preparation of peripheral materials necessary for a successful engagement (signage, handouts, themes, etc) 
  • Write copy for company and marketing initiatives (i.e. press releases, events, case studies)
  • Support special programs such as Welcome, Retention/Loyalty and Get Well programs for cornerstone accounts
  • Through a consultative style, work with stakeholders (sales, marketing, ownership) to listen inquire and gather input that gets translated into custom marketing/sales materials (i.e. powerpoints, etc)
  • Manage industry association awards submissions and promotions of winning submissions
  • Support the creation of custom marketing/sales tools (flip books, story boards, custom pieces)
  • Support to research and generation of leads
  • Manage corporate sampling library including checking in labeling, filing and organizing all company samples and press tests
  • Develop project plans (timing, owners, and costs) and act as a project manager to drive project and team members to successful implementations

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite .. Specifically Powerpoint, 
  • Background in graphic design and video development (strongly preferred)
  • Must be detail oriented 
  • Must have the ability to produce high quality work with consistency and by stared deadline
  • Ability to provide input while still following direction 

Computer Skills

  • MS Office (Particularly PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • PhotoShop
  • InDesign
  • Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
  • WordPress is a plus
  • Previous experience proofreading/editing is a plus
