The Fine Print: Referred talent in our employee referral bonus program must be booked on a job within one year of the referral date and work the required minimum amount of time. For freelance roles, talent must work 40 hours within a calendar year. For full-time roles, bonuses will be paid once the hired candidate reaches the client’s guarantee date (usually between 30 and 90 days of work) and Artisan has been paid in full.
